Our approach

The impact of IT demands concrete choices.

NorthBridge’s core activities are advice, integration and management. Our direct and indirect environmental impact is driven mainly by energy use, infrastructure, data centres, mobility and the hardware lifecycle.

We therefore focus on the areas we can influence directly and on decisions made together with clients and partners. No sweeping sustainability claims, but a practical route towards more efficient services and better-founded decisions.

Progress is reviewed annually. New insights, technical developments and available data are used to sharpen measures and objectives further.

Roadmap 2026

A clear ambition for reduction and efficiency.

The decarbonisation roadmap directs the measures NorthBridge will deliver and review annually over the coming years. The reduction ambition applies to the impact areas described; the baseline and measurement method will be developed further through that cycle.

Product Carbon Footprint

Transparent about what does and does not apply.

A traditional Product Carbon Footprint does not apply directly to NorthBridge’s core activities, as we do not manufacture physical products.

Our services mainly consist of advice, integration and management of IT environments. The associated environmental impact is indirect and relates chiefly to infrastructure use, energy consumption, data centres and technology partners.

For that reason, we do not currently publish PCF data for individual services. We do, however, continue to optimise our operations and partner selection to limit environmental impact.
