A link on this website does not incorporate the terms by itself. Before or when entering into a business contract, NorthBridge expressly incorporates the NLdigital Terms 2025 and provides the document in good time, for example as an attachment to an offer or contract.
The terms are intended for business and public-sector customers, not consumers. The specific offer or main agreement defines the services, outcomes, timetable, prices and responsibilities agreed.
3. General and specific arrangements
The NLdigital Terms 2025 provide the general legal basis. We record service-specific arrangements separately, including scope, planning, service levels, security measures, processing of personal data, licences, dependencies, acceptance and exit.
A departure from the general terms applies only where it is set out clearly and in writing in the relevant agreement.
4. Customer purchasing terms
A customer’s purchasing or other terms apply only where NorthBridge expressly accepts them in writing for the relevant agreement. We do not publish customer-specific terms on this website.
5. Languages and governing law
We use the Dutch version for Dutch-language contracts and may provide the official English translation for English-language contracts. A German version is available on request. The translations do not alter the Dutch governing-law provision in the NLdigital Terms 2025.
